Cancellation Policy

Booking Policies: Initial Consultation: Clients must schedule an initial consultation to discuss their health goals, dietary history, and any specific concerns. Follow-Up Appointments: Follow-up appointments can be scheduled at regular intervals, based on the client's needs and progress. Appointment Duration: Each appointment will typically last 30 minutes. Else based on Booking Services Criteria. Appointment Confirmation: Clients will receive a confirmation email or text message prior to their appointment. Cancellation Policies: Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed Appointments: Missed appointments may result in a fee or forfeiture of the appointment. Late Cancellations: Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) may be subject to a an additional fees. Waitlist Policies: Waitlist Creation: If an appointment slot is unavailable, clients can be added to a waitlist. Waitlist Notifications: Clients on the waitlist will be notified if an appointment becomes available. Priority: Priority will be given to clients who have been on the waitlist for the longest time.
